Why the funny name?

In Danish, a stolpe is a post. A pole you hammer into the ground and lean on. Our founder's family is Danish, and that felt right for a thing every small business should be able to lean on.

Mash it together with the other kind of post, the kind with parcels in it, and you get StolPost. Say it like you'd say "stole", then "post".

How it works

From "paid" to "on its way" in four steps.

No copying addresses between tabs. No printing labels one at a time. Your orders come in, StolPost does the fiddly bits, and your customer hears about it.

  1. Step 1: Connect your store

Orders flow in from your store on their own. Link your MyPost Business or eParcel account once and you're set.

  2. Step 2: Print labels in bulk

Tick the orders, hit print. StolPost picks the satchel, checks the address and prints the whole run in one go.

  3. Step 3: Parcels tracked

Tracking numbers write straight back to each order. No copying, no pasting, no spreadsheet on the side.

  4. Step 4: Customers told

Your customer gets a friendly "it's shipped" email with their tracking link, from your store, in your name.

Features

One portal. Every store you sell from.

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce or your own site and every order lands on one StolPost board, so shipping is just the next thing you do with an order. Building your own store? StolPost can live right inside it too. Here's what that looks like.

  • Bulk satchel labels from one orders board

Select a day's orders and print every label in one run, whichever store they came from.

  • Automatic satchel picking

Set your packing rules once (two hoodies goes in a Medium, a cap goes in a Small) and StolPost picks the right flat-rate satchel every time.

  • Address check before printing

Missing unit numbers, dodgy postcodes and suburbs that don't match get flagged before you print, not after the parcel comes back.

  • Tracking write-back and shipped emails

Tracking lands on the order and your customer gets an email with the link. Fewer "where's my order?" messages.

  • One click "send to shipping"

Order packed? One click moves it into the shipping queue, ready for the next label run.

  • Shopify, WooCommerce and custom sites

Shopify and WooCommerce connect in a couple of clicks. Anything else sends orders through the StolPost API or a CSV upload. Run a few stores or brands? One login covers the lot.

The honest bit about price

Fair, upfront, and priced for how things are right now.

MyPost Business is free, and if you send a handful of parcels a week it's all you need. We'd tell you that to your face.

But once you're doing real volume, printing labels one at a time and copying tracking numbers into emails eats your afternoons. That's when people reach for shipping software, and that's where the monthly bills start stacking up.

StolPost is the automation without the stack. Indicative launch pricing is from $19 a month, with pricing still to be confirmed before we open the doors.

We only charge for the software. Your postage stays between you and Australia Post, on your own MyPost Business or eParcel account.

A$4M to A$8Ma year, back in Aussie pockets

If 5,000 to 10,000 Australian businesses moved to StolPost and each kept around $800 a year, that's roughly A$4 million to A$8 million a year staying with small businesses instead of going on software fees.

An estimate, not a promise. It assumes an average saving of about $800 a year, which sits between the Starter ($372) and Starter Plus ($1,452) savings at indicative pricing. For scale, 256,000 businesses use MyPost Business.3

Built in Australia with TX Sports

Built on a real orders board, by people who pack real satchels.

TX Sports makes club sportswear for Aussie sporting clubs. They send about 1,000 to 1,500 parcels a year, nearly all in flat-rate satchels, and they've been paying $140 a month for shipping software to do it.

Spruik built TX Sports' new store and orders board, so StolPost is being built right inside it first. Every feature on this page has to earn its keep on a real Monday morning of club orders before anyone else sees it.

When it works for them, it opens up to founding merchants. Then to everyone.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Is this Australia Post?

No. StolPost is independent software, made by Spruik in Melbourne, that ships with Australia Post. We're not Australia Post, we're not an official partner, and they haven't endorsed or certified us.

You use your own MyPost Business or eParcel account and your parcels go with Australia Post like they always have. StolPost just takes the fiddly work out of getting them out the door.

MyPost Business is free. Why would I pay for StolPost?

If you send a few parcels a week, honestly, you probably shouldn't. MyPost Business is good at that.

StolPost is for when the volume picks up: bulk labels straight from your orders, automatic satchel picking, address checks, tracking written back to the order and shipped emails sent for you. That's the stuff that gives you your afternoons back.

What will it cost?

Indicative launch pricing is from $19 a month. It isn't final, and we'll confirm it before we open to more merchants. Whatever it lands at, it'll be on this page in plain numbers.

When can I use it?

StolPost is in development and being built inside TX Sports' store first. Founding merchants are next. Join the founding merchants to get on the list.

Which stores does it work with?

Shopify and WooCommerce (WordPress) connect from Settings in a couple of clicks. Any other store, including one you built yourself, can push orders in through the StolPost API or a CSV upload. Everything lands in your StolPost portal, ready to print.

Building your own store? We\'re putting together an open-source kit (a WordPress plugin, a drop-in orders screen and a starter) so StolPost can run right inside your own admin as well.

Do I need my own Australia Post account?

Yes. You ship on your own MyPost Business or eParcel account, at your own rates. StolPost charges for the software, not your postage.

Who's behind it?

Spruik, a Melbourne digital marketing and AI agency. We build stores, automations and tools for Australian businesses, and StolPost came out of building one for TX Sports.
